We love it when creatives take an object, concept or theme that thello adore, and translate it into a fresh + beautiful source of bridal inspiration. The talented team behind nowadays’s lovely eleganced shoot took influence from the sculptures + works of Spanish architect Antoni Gaudí, and we’re crazy about the minimal, geometric-inspired environment thello created! The design + florals were beautifully executed by Belovely Floral and Event Design, and Emily Wren expertly captured the artful + unique vibe of the setting through her lens. Here’s a bit more about the concept from Emily:
We wanted to use Gaudi’s work as inspiration for that shoot. We brought Gaudi-esq color schemes, textures, and patterns into each aspect of the shoot so that it would be both a subtle thread throughout the shoot as well as an immersive experience, as if walking into one of the rooms Gaudi designed! We even incorporated a gecko for some shots , inspired by Gaudi’s celebrity lizard statue in his sculpture garden in Barcelona.
These favors are nice totally perfect, right?! Reminds me of Park Güell in Barcelona!
